Ōgi Villas draw inspiration from the Japanese folding fan, an emblem of elegance, movement and transformation. Designed as adaptive sanctuaries, the villas unfold around the guest’s needs, offering moments of privacy, reflection, healing and connection with nature. The fan-shaped geometry, natural materials and soft lighting create a serene atmosphere, while modular layouts support flexibility, wellness rituals and sustainable design. Blending cultural symbolism with contemporary comfort, Ōgi Villas offer a personalized retreat that restores the mind, body and spirit.

The villa unfolds in a gentle fan-shaped layout, beginning with an entrance that leads into an open living room and a seamless kitchen–dining area, featuring a traditional Japanese floor dining setup and full panoramic glazing onto the deck. On the left wing, the bedroom connects to a dedicated closet and dressing area, leading into a spa-style bathroom that opens outward to a bathtub terrace and built-in sauna. The outdoor pool deck extends along the villa’s curve, with an exterior kitchenette and a shower that links directly back into the indoor bathroom—reinforcing the fluid indoor-outdoor circulation.
